Privacy Policy

Introduction
Hangzhou Rye Robotics Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Rye app and related services (the "Service"). Please read this Policy before use. If you do not agree, do not sign in or use the Service. Accounts are created by administrators on our management platform; the App has no self-registration. You may sign in with a Mainland China mobile number or an email address using a verification code.
1. Personal information we collect and use

If you deny location permission, the map cannot show your current location; other features that do not rely on location remain available.

3. Storage and protection
- Stored in Microsoft Azure data centers in Hong Kong, China.
- Kept for the life of your account. After an administrator deletes your account on the management platform, we delete the related personal information, except where law requires retention.
- We apply reasonable measures such as transmission and access controls to help protect information security.
4. Sharing, transfer, and public disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Except for the third-party SDKs listed below (necessary for maps, app performance monitoring, and similar functions) and where required by law, we do not share personal information with third parties.
If personal information must be transferred due to merger, division, asset transfer, or similar events, we will notify you of the recipient and require continued protection; where law requires separate consent, we will comply. We do not publicly disclose personal information unless you give separate consent or law requires it. We may provide information when required by judicial or administrative authorities under applicable law.

The specific scope follows each SDK provider's current privacy policy and the actual integration. Performance-monitoring SDKs of this kind are initialized after you agree to this Policy.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, copy, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent (for example, by turning off location in system settings). Use the contact details below; we will act after verifying your identity. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.
Account deletion: Accounts must be deleted by an administrator on the management platform; the App has no self-service deletion. Contact support or the administrator who created your account. After deletion, we delete the related personal information, except where law requires retention.
6. Minors
The Service is intended for adult users whose accounts are created on the management platform. It is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect minors' personal information. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it promptly. Guardians who find a minor using the Service without consent should contact us.
7. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy and publish the new version on this page or in the App, with an updated date. If a change materially affects the scope, purpose, or methods of collection, or your rights, we will notify you via App notice, SMS, or email as appropriate, and seek fresh consent when required. If you disagree, stop using the Service and request account deletion through the contacts below.
